Welcome to Haynes Music Studio!  I offer music and motion classes for young children in Jefferson City and Ashland, Missouri.  Classes start with babies, and continue through beginning piano classes, using the world-reknown Musikgarten curriculum.  I also offer group classes for adults, and private piano lessons for graduates of the Musikgarten classes or older students.  There is music for all ages!

By considering music education for your child at an early age, you have taken a first step toward enhancing your child's natural musical potential and enriching your family life with active music-making.

While joyfully singing, moving, listening, and playing simple natural instruments, children develop a strong musical foundation in pitch recognition, steady beat, rhythm patterns, and music repertoire.

Musikgarten is the only program that offers curricula for newborns through group piano instruction. It is based on a keen understanding of how children learn, in both a general sense and, specifically, how they learn music.  I have a 9-year plan for your child, so let's start now!
