Amy graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Music Degree from Meredith College. She has taught early-childhood music and movement classes since 1980. Her previous teaching experiences include teaching music at Charlotte Country Day School, the Assistant Children’s Choir Director at Myers Park Presbyterian Church, and she is currently teaching private piano lessons at her home. Amy is certified in ORFF, Music Together, and Musikgarten. She is a member of the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association, the North Carolina Federation of Music Clubs, and the Charlotte Piano Forum.
