Welcome to the Musik Circle, an independent music studio in Seattle's Wallingford district.
This studio features the exciting Musikgarten keyboard programs for:
- children ages 6½ to 9 years
- adult beginners.
The instructor is Connie Voget, Bachelor of Music, who is certified and licensed by Musikgarten. She is a member of the Wasthington State Music Teachers Association.
In Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, Connie also offers Musikgarten programs for:
- children ages birth to 4 years with parent/caregiver
through the sponsorship of St. Paul's U.C.C., 6512 12th Avenue NW, Seattle (three blocks east of Ballard High School). St. Paul's sponsors these classes as a community service.
Musikgarten understands the research showing that all children are born musical and that early childhood is the opportune time to nurture this inborn aptitude. Musikgarten's lively, developmentally appropriate programs, which include carefully designed materials for music at home, also help parents to support their children's musical growth. Appropriate parental involvement is a well-known factor in a child's musical enjoyment and success.
Musikgarten also understands the research showing the value of recreational music making for adults and showing that all adults can succeed when taught in an appropriate way in an appropriate environment.
