ONLINE DEPOSIT REQUIRED - PLEASE READ:
An online deposit is required to submit your registration. Please be prepared to either utilize your PayPal account, or pay using a credit/debit card when prompted.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION:
1.) ALL STUDENTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE.
2.) SIBLINGS may register on the SAME form by utilizing the "COMMENT BOX." Please include his/her name and birthdate, and the day/time of the class you want.
3.) A $50.00 DEPOSIT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION. Note: the total amount for your child's class (or classes for multiple children) will not be shown on the Payment Page, only the deposit amount. The deposit will be subtracted from your total invoice. COMPLETE INVOICES will be emailed after your registration has been processed.
4.) A "FIRST TIME ENROLLMENT FEE" of $20 per family will be added to the invoices of NEW families.
5.) A "REGISTRATION FEE" of $10 per family will be added to the invoices of RETURNING families every session.
6.) FRIEND REFERRALS - Current Families referring a friend? Please write their name on the registration form in the "Comment Box." The referring family will receive $12 off tuition. Referral credits earned during the Summer session will apply to the Fall semester. (NOTE: credit is only given if BOTH families are registered!)
7.) Required Materials: Digital Download or Hard Copy Materials: Please select either "Digital Music Download" or "Hard Copy CD" when submitting the registration form. Teachers will hand out materials during the first week of class. The Digital Download will give you a code to access the music online and then download to your computer. The Hard Copy selection will give you an actual CD. Both digital and hard copy music also come with extra materials associated for each age level (song books, instruments, animal cards, note cards, etc.).
