Use this form to preview and register for a class.
To try a Musikgarten class for free before enrolling, please submit a registration form indicating class, date, day, and time you wish to come and write 'Preview' in the Comment section. You can also call Sarah at 540-290-9014 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a visit.
Early registration is highly encouraged and classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. Your payment guarantees your choice of class day and time. Be sure to specify preferred class, day and time on registration form.
Classes with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled or reconfigured one week before classes start, so register early to avoid disappointment.
For families registering multiple children, please include the names, birthdates, and classes of additonal child/ren in the Comment section on one form. You do not need to fill out multiple registration forms.

A minimum $40 registration fee per child guarantees your choice of class day and time. Payment in full is due by first class of the semester but is welcome at time of registration.
For year-long classes you may pay materials fee in full plus half tuition in the fall and half tuition in January. Please ask if you need other arrangements.
You may pay online via Pay Pal or send fees via check payable to Sarah Grove-Humphries to 616 Parkview Ave., Staunton, VA. 24401. Cash in an envelope with your child's name on it can be brought to class. Registration is complete when form and fees have been received.
Returning students may simply send payment and do not need to submit a new registration form unless contact information has changed. Be sure to include child's name and class preference with check or PayPal payment.

In order to receive materials at the first class, the deadlines to receive registration forms and fees are:
For summer camps: May 26, 2017
For fall Music Makers At Home, Around the World, Keyboard, and Organ: August 14, 2017
All other fall classes (0-5 years): August 28, 2017
For winter classes: January 2, 2018
Due to the nature of the lessons, please understand that upon registering you are committed to attending the full semester or year of classes.
Once payment is received there are no refunds on materials or tuition. There are no refunds for missed classes. Exceptions in extreme situations such as prolonged illness or leaving the area will be handled on a case by case basis and refunds may be given as a tuition credit for the following semester.
Families with more than one child enrolled are eligible for a 10% discount on total tuition.
A limited number of tuition scholarships are available to families who are fiercely committed to attending class and making music a part of daily life at home but are unable to pay full tuition. Please contact Sarah for more information.
