"Musikgarten in Boston" is based on the internationally recognized early childhood music program "Musikgarten" and was founded by Dunja Pechstein in 2007. Ms. Pechstein is a German native speaker, professional musican and passionate music educator.
Our German music and language classes are an excellent way to immerse your bilingual or multilingual child in the German language, music and culture. Research shows that the best way to learn any language is through immersion in an environment that is operating solely in the target language.
Children are innately drawn to music and therefore respond extremely well to learning and using a language through music.
